Subject: Project Silo — Residential Proximity, Setbacks and Public Notice

Please provide the official GIS, parcel or setback analysis showing the distance from the Project Silo property, proposed buildings, switching station, substation, generators and cooling equipment to existing or approved residential lots and community facilities.

Please specifically identify the relationship to Silver Peaks in Lochbuie and Jacob's Run in Brighton, and provide the map or measurements used.

Please also identify which residents and property owners were or will be included in neighborhood-meeting or public-hearing notice, the notice radius or method, and the date of each notice.

I am asking for documented measurements rather than estimates. Please respond in writing and link to the supporting records.
