Please provide the current projected average, peak and annual water demand for Project Silo; proposed cooling technology; water source; raw-water dedication; recycling/reuse assumptions; WUE or similar water-efficiency metric; drought or curtailment assumptions; and projected sanitary/process wastewater flows.

Please identify any capacity analysis involving the Lochbuie Regional Wastewater Treatment Plant and whether Project Silo demand has been included in current or planned treatment-capacity projections.
