Subject: Project Silo — Noise, Lighting, Generators and Emergency Planning

Please provide the baseline ambient-noise study and the full operational acoustic model, including nighttime dBA, dBC, low-frequency and tonal analysis for cooling equipment, transformers, substations and generator testing.

Please also provide the photometric plan, property-line light levels, fixture/pole specifications, shielding and color temperature, together with generator count, fuel/storage, testing schedule, battery chemistry and fire/hazardous-material response planning.

Please identify when these studies will be public and whether they will be available before any discretionary approval.
