Please identify whether an alternative-site analysis was conducted for Project Silo and which sites or general areas were considered.

Please provide the criteria used to compare residential separation, schools, highway/heavy-haul access, electrical/transmission capacity, fiber, water, wastewater, fire protection, drainage, noise, lighting, generator impacts, infrastructure costs and taxpayer/ratepayer exposure.

If no comparative analysis exists, please state that in writing.
