We plan to invite Curtis to discuss his Municipality Protection List, Project Silo’s open questions, and what residents elsewhere can adapt. He has not accepted or been booked yet.
The pilot will start with public documents and the 52-item council-question tracker, then ask Curtis how his national checklist can help communities seek measurable answers. If he is unavailable, the pilot will still explain the records. The proposed October 6 moratorium and whether pending applications are covered remain questions until official language is available.
